Welcome to New Kent Art Gallery & Studio!

 

In April 2024 Lynne Walton became the new curator of this beautiful gallery in the seaside town of Broadstairs. It has long been  a well respected and much loved gallery space and over the years has developed an excellent reputation for fine art produced by  artists based in and around Thanet. 

The gallery now has an exciting line up of 7 artists who have joined forces to create a 'collective' of creatives that bring a fabulous variety of art to Broadstairs.

 

An artist collective is an initiative that is the result of a group of artists working together, usually under their own management, towards shared aims. By sharing equipment, space or materials, following shared ideologies, aesthetic and artistic views and working together as an extended family of creative like minded people, the New Kent Art Collective brings together a unique, inspirational and enjoyable gallery space.
Lynne Walton  who owns and curates the gallery will be joined by

Karen King, Christine Jeffryes, Sian Morgan, Jo Oakley, Eve Stickler, Nicky Browne and E J Laven.
